Emergency Information
If you have an emergency situation during our opening hours and need assistance at one of our branches, please call ahead to advise us so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.
We’re proud to offer our own in-house out of hours service, and we are always here to support you.
If you have an emergency outside of our standard opening hours, please call us on 028 30 262266 so that you can be redirected to our out of hours team, who will pass your details onto the team member on call.
One of our team will then contact you to find out more about your emergency, and will arrange an out of hours appointment for you, either at our practice or at your farm or stable if more suitable.
If your animal is hospitalised over the weekend, our team will check on them throughout their stay to ensure they are comfortable and receive their medication.
The vet or veterinary nurse on duty will also be sure to update you on your animal’s progress during the course of their stay.
